The Town of Wallkill Boys and Girls Club (BGC) is pleased to announce that Charles A. Degliomini has joined its Board of Directors.
Degliomini, who is presently the Executive Vice President of Government Affairs and Corporate Communications for the NASDAQ-traded Empire Resorts, said “I am pleased to join the board to help the Clubs ensure that success is within reach of every child. I look forward to supporting BGC’s mission to provide hope and opportunity to even more young people in the years to come.”
A current Director of the New York Gaming Association, Mr. Degliomini formerly served as president and co-founder of Atlantic Communications, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for eLottery, Inc., and the Regional Chief of Staff to the U.S. General Services Administration. He was also a U.S. Senate legislative staff member and the NYS Communications Director for the 1984 Reagan-Bush campaign.
“As we continue expanding to meet ever-increasing needs among thousands of children and families in our communities, Charlie’s expertise in corporate and government leadership will be a valuable asset to our organization,” said BGC Board President Michael Swensen. “We’re really excited to have him on board as a representative of the Clubs.”
