We’re just five days away from the start of Summer Day Camp and we couldn’t be MORE excited to see all our new and returning campers!
Our Town of Wallkill Camp is entering its 17th or 18th year as a BGC Summer Day Camp, and this summer more than 300 youth will participate in a range of activities including sports, arts & crafts, swimming, swim lessons, Game Zone and Ultimate Journey. This camp runs in four, two-week sessions, and parents or guardians are able to pick their child’s daily schedule during registration.
At the TOWSDC, the Town of Wallkill Soccer provides a Snack Shack that campers can purchase lunch, drinks or snack from daily, or campers can bring their own lunch!
Our Town of Mamakating Camp is celebrating its second year as a BGC Summer Day Camp, and this summer more than 300 youth will participate in a range of activities from Construction & Demolition, Dance, Art, Sports and Swimming! This camp runs in one, eight-week session, and children have the ability to pick which activities they would like to participate in on a given day!
The Town of Mamakating is partnering with the Monticello Schools to provide breakfast, lunch and snacks for all campers who want them, free of charge. Campers can opt to bring their own lunch, as well.
Both Camps offer a variety of theme days, like Halloween in July, Water Day, Woodstock Day, etc. as well as guest speakers and several optional field trips.
Both Camps also offer optional before-camp Boys & Girls Clubs from 6-9am and after-camp Boys & Girls Clubs from 3-6pm. For more info, click on the “Summer Day Camps” tab above!
