The 2010 Boys & Girls Clubs’ Summer Leadership Academy recently conducted a car wash and have donated the $100 proceeds to the Parents of Modified Sports group, who are fundraising in support of modified sports in the Pine Bush Central School District.

"Each summer Boys & Girls Clubs runs a Leadership Academy, which brings together local youth to teach them leadership and team building skills, instill positive self-esteem and a connection to their surroundings through community service activities. We had more than a dozen great youth involved this year, and we’re pleased to see them giving back to other youth in our community,” said Alexis Eggleton, Executive Director for Boys & Girls Clubs.
