Revere Smelting and Refinery Makes $5000 Donation to Boys & Girls Clubs Afterschool Programs
Revere Smelting and Refinery in Middletown made a $5000 donation to The Town of Wallkill Boys & Girls Clubs during the Clubs’ recent Corporate Color Wars event.
“We are grateful for Revere Smelting & Refinery’s continued support of our Boys & Girls Clubs programs, which serve the children in our communities who need us most. This gift helps us provide supervised programs for more children to grow and learn in a safe, happy place in their communities!” said BGC Executive Director Alexis Eggleton.
The Town of Wallkill Boys & Girls Clubs serves 3000 kids annually in Sullivan & Orange Counties, through before- and afterschool programming, summer camp and special programs for improving literacy in elementary-aged children and emotional wellness in middle school-aged youth.
“Revere Smelting and Refining has long been a supporter of the community and what better way to offer that support then to give to the local Boys and Girls Club. The club provides a safe, fun and nurturing environment for the children in the community. We are proud to support them in their work to help our future generation achieve all their goals and grow into happy, caring adults.” said Ralph Devito, Vice President of New York Operations for Revere Smelting & Refining Corp.
