The Boys & Girls Clubs have operated the Town of Wallkill Summer Day Camp for more than 15 years in the beautiful Thompson Park, more commonly referred to as Circleville Park, in Circleville, NY.

For eight weeks each summer we provide daily activities, ranging from traditional sports like tennis, soccer, basketball, and baseball to arts & crafts, “Game Zone,” and “Ultimate Journey,” a hiking and exploring program that takes full advantage of all the park has to offer. The lake provides us the opportunity to offer boating, fishing, free swim, and instructional swim daily.

**ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR EACH SESSION WILL CLOSE THE FRIDAY BEFORE THE START OF THE SESSION AT 1PM!**  ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO REGISTER AFTER THIS TIME WILL HAVE TO VISIT OUR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE AT 60 CREAMERY ROAD CIRCLEVILLE, NY 10919.

For convenience, Camp 2016 will operate four, two-week sessions running from 9:00am-3:00pm:

Session 1: June 26, 2017 – July 7, 2017

(Camp will NOT be in session on Tuesday, July 4)

Session 2: July 10, 2017 – July 21, 2017

Session 3: July 24, 2017 – August 4, 2017

Session 4: August 7, 2017 – August 18, 2017

SESSION 1 TRIP:

July 5, 2017 Space Farms in Sussex, NJ: Campers will have the opportunity to explore the museum and the zoo. They have over 500 different animals in the 400 acre park. Lunches will be provided by the camp. Camper must be paid and registered by Friday June 23rd in order to attend.

This trip returns in time for normal dismissal.                                                                                            COST $25.00

SESSION 2 TRIP:

July 19, 2017 Holiday Mountain in Monticello, NY: Campers will be able to enjoy bumper boats, bumper cars, mini golf, small water park and the arcade. Campers will be provided with a hot dog, chips and a soda for lunch. Because there is a possibility campers might get wet, they should bring a bathing suit and towel. Camper must be paid and registered by Friday July 7th in order to attend.

SESSION 3 TRIP:

August 2, 2017 Party Zone in Middletown NY: Campers will enjoy 2 hours of unlimited activities, including roller coasters, bounce houses, bumper cars, and much more.  Please be sure to send your child with socks. The package does not include lunch. Lunch will be provided by the camp, wear comfortable clothes and must have a pair of socks with them to attend this trip. Camper must be paid and registered by Friday July 21st in order to attend.

SESSION 4 TRIP:

August 9, 2016 The Castle in Chester, NY: Campers will enjoy roller skating and go carts. Please be sure to send your child with socks. Additional money may be sent for snacks and game tokens. Snack line is usually long; so the camp will be providing lunch. Camper must be paid and registered by Friday August 4th in order to attend.

SESSION 1 TRIP:

July 6, 2017 Splash Down Beach in Wappingers Falls, NY: Campers will enjoy water slides, pools, and other water activities. Due to long lines at snack shops, lunch will be provided by the camp. Bathing suits are required.  Camper must be paid and registered by Friday June 23rd in order to attend.

SESSION 2 TRIP:

July 13, 2017 Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ: Campers will enjoy a variety of water rides and activities. Bag lunches/camp lunches must be consumed prior to entering the park: Please pack it in a disposable bag. Campers must be able to swim for this trip and able to follow directions. Bathing suits are required.  Camper must be paid and registered by Friday July 7th in order to attend.

This trip returns around 5:30 PM and campers MUST be picked up.                                                  COST $40.00

 

SESSION 3 TRIP:

July 24, 2017 Hudson Valley Renegades Game: Back by popular demand! Campers will enjoy a picnic lunch with all food and beverages included and entrance to the baseball game. We will have the private picnic area reserved for our camp. Camper must be paid and registered by Wednesday July 19th in order to attend

Parents should register their children for the total number of sessions they will be attending, and payment for that session is due the Friday before the session begins. Payment plans are always available to help families provide the summer day camp experience for their children. Just give us a call at 845-342-8833!

Some scholarships are available. To apply to receive a scholarship, please fill out the 2017 Hardship Application and return it, completed with all supporting documentation, by no later than May 19, 2017.
