Vicki Mastronardi

Vicki Mastronardi is a seasoned bank professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills who adds energy and value to our organization's quest for excellence. She's an enthusiastic team player who leads staff in exceeding sales goals while delivering excellent member and customer service within her community.

Vicki is passionate about participating in various community events, functions, and local groups. She has recently joined the WPN (Women’s Professional Network) out of Dutchess County, the NWIN (National Women in Networking) out of Orange County, the HVYP (Hudson Valley Young Professionals) out of Dutchess County, and the PNP (Professional Networking Powerhouse) Orange & Southern Dutchess. Respected as a credible voice in decision making, executive team members look to her for strategies on building MHV’s brand awareness with their footprint.

Vicki’s prior volunteer work has included volunteering for the Mental Health Association, Treasurer for Rotaract (the under 30 version of Rotary), Treasurer for Boy Scouts of America, Mentor for Big Brothers/Big Sisters Orange County, and a volunteer at Pets Alive.

Vicki currently serves as the Senior Branch Manager of the Southern Tier of the Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union (MHV), a community credit union serving Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties. Vicki oversees the operations and member service of 3 locations (Fishkill, Middletown, and Newburgh). Since her return (Sept 2017), community efforts have been increased dramatically and she is the go to person to drive brand awareness in Orange and Dutchess Counties.

Vicki previously served as the Director of Member Services for Actors Federal Credit Union and prior for Hudson Heritage Federal Credit Union.

Vicki holds an MBA from Marist College, a Bachelors in Science in Business Administration from Empire State College and an Associates in Applied Science in Business Administration and an Associates in Arts in Liberal Arts from Orange County Community College. In addition, she has diplomas from the Center for Financial Training in Consumer Lending and Commercial Lending as well as various other certificates.
