  • The Program Director oversees the operations of Club programs, services and activities with the primary concern for program development and implementation; staff development; supervision of assigned Unit Directors and other Club staff; facilities and budget management.

  • The Senior Unit Director is responsible for managing overall daily operations of assigned Clubs with the primary concern for their respective programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.

  • The Program Leader is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the assigned Club, with the primary responsibility for planning and implementing programs, services and activities for Club members in grades K-12. Program management will include adherence to guidelines/regulations for a maintaining a NYS licensed child care program and implementing Boys & Girls Clubs of America standards. The Program Leader is also responsible for staff supervision and facilities management. Additionally, they are responsible for building relationships with parents, schools and additional members of the organization.

  • The Program Aide is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned Club, with the primary responsibility of implementing programs, services and activities for Club members in grades K-12. The Program Aide will be responsible for supervising Club members, the school facilities and all equipment utilized. The Program Aide will be responsible for building relationships with parents, schools and additional members of the organization.

  • The Program Specialist is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the assigned School/site(s), with the primary responsibility for planning and implementing programs, services and activities for members in grades K-12. Program management will include adherence to guidelines/regulations for a maintaining a NYS licensed child care program as set forth by the Monticello School District, and implementing Boys & Girls Clubs of America standards and programs; specifically Triple Play and Torch Club. The Program Specialist is also responsible for staff supervision and facilities management. Additionally, they are responsible for building relationships with parents, schools and additional members of the organization.
