Kristie Ripley

Kristie discovered her passion for business administration at a very young age, and by 14, was working at her family’s IT company as an Administrative Assistant! She went on to work for the Mayor’s Office in San Lorenzo, as an IT Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and a Section 8 Housing and Urban Development Portability Specialist. Kristie brings over 20 years of nonprofit administrative experience to our work.

Kristie is originally from Puerto Rico, where she was a Club Kid at her local Boys & Girls Club chapter! After leaving Puerto Rico, Kristie went on to work in Children and Family Services in New York City. She worked her way up to serve as the Program Administration Manager for Specialized Services, assisting over 700 children each year.

Over the years, Kristie has volunteered in after-school programs, soup kitchens and food pantries, and with foster children. She finds so much joy in helping community members with limited resources succeed.

In her spare time, Kristie loves to hike, read, play with her dogs, and kick box.
