Fallsburg Teen Center

Fallsburg Teen Center

REOPENING UPDATE as of 9/2/20:

We will not be opening our Town of Fallsburg Teen Center at this time. The Town of Fallsburg values our relationship and the services we provide to Fallsburg families. As this unprecedented year develops we will continuously monitor and look for ways to create programming options for our Fallsburg teens.

Our Fallsburg Teen Center is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6-9pm at the Fallsburg Community Center on Laurel Avenue in South Fallsburg.

Unlike our structured after school programs, this Teen Center serves as a feeding site for Club teens, and as a safe, supervised place to have dinner each night, play games, dance, and hang out in a supervised setting.

Quarterly DJ-led dances are a big draw, and each month the Teen Center works to bring new and fun activities to the Club teens.

This program is available to Fallsburg Middle and High School students. Thanks to the generous support of the Town of Fallsburg and the Sullivan County Legislature, in addition to COPS funding through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, there are no monthly fees for this program.

Safety for our Club kids is the highest priority for our organization.

All staff members undergo annual criminal background checks and all Program Staff also undergo annual fingerprint clearance from New York State, are CPR and First Aid-certified, and receive a minimum of 15 hours of youth development training annually.
