  • The Unit Director is responsible for managing overall daily operations of assigned Clubs with the primary concern for their respective programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community relations and membership administration.

  • The Development Director works with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to plan and execute resource development strategies and monitor progress towards goals. The Development Director supports the Executive Director in positioning the board to cultivate and solicit major gifts and grants from individuals, corporations, foundations, government agencies and others and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to staff, as needed, in their roles of supporting the resource development and marketing efforts.
