The Program Aide is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned Club, with the primary responsibility of implementing programs, services and activities for Club members in grades K-12. The Program Aide will be responsible for supervising Club members, the school facilities and all equipment utilized. The Program Aide will be responsible for building relationships with parents, schools and additional members of the organization.
The Program Specialist is responsible for managing the overall daily operations of the assigned School/site(s), with the primary responsibility for planning and implementing programs, services and activities for members in grades K-12. Program management will include adherence to guidelines/regulations for a maintaining a NYS licensed child care program as set forth by the Monticello School District, and implementing Boys & Girls Clubs of America standards and programs; specifically Triple Play and Torch Club. The Program Specialist is also responsible for staff supervision and facilities management. Additionally, they are responsible for building relationships with parents, schools and additional members of the organization.
The Development and Communications Manager supports the Executive Director in planning and implementing the growth of funding streams. Utilizing the newly established development and communications plans, this team member is responsible for both the operational aspects of identifying, developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with current and/or new community and corporate supporters, volunteers, and civic organizations as well as the creative elements of developing and managing marketing content and collateral, both internally and externally for the Club. This position works in partnership with our external creative and marketing resources, particularly as it relates to producing collateral, advertising, marketing content, etc.
